Delivery area and timing
Saify Jewelry currently delivers within Pakistan. Orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch; remote areas can take up to 7 business days. Courier timing is an estimate and may vary.
Weight-based delivery charges
The checkout calculates delivery from total parcel weight. The exact charge is shown before the order is placed.

Final-sale terms
Purchases are final sale. Saify Jewelry does not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been delivered. Review product photos, descriptions, variants, and sizing details before checkout, and contact support before ordering if a detail is unclear.
If an item arrives damaged
Inspect the parcel on delivery. Contact Saify Jewelry within 24 hours and include clear photos of the item and packaging. The support team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or another suitable solution where applicable.
