You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed.

Orders across Pakistan typically arrive within 2-5 business days after dispatch. Remote areas can take up to 7 business days.
What are the delivery charges?
Standard nationwide delivery costs PKR 200 per parcel. If your courier applies a surcharge for remote areas, we will confirm the amount with you before shipping.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. Please ensure your address details are complete so the courier can reach you without delays.
